The last piece of DLC for Battlefield 4 is releasing soon, with a date set for a November 18th launch. At least, it will for Premium members, non-Premium members will need to wait until December the 2nd.
The DLC is named Battlefield: Final Stand and will bring with in ‘future’ tech, four new maps and a load of snow in its locations. Expect hovertanks, railguns and all sorts of other weapons and vehicles that seem to have taken inspiration from Battlefield 2142.
As for the new maps, they’re all snow-covered. Operation Whiteout takes place in a blizzard in Siberia, Hammerhead pits soldiers against each other in a submarine base, while Hangar 21 takes place in a hi-tech military base and Giants of Karelia a mech factory with a big open space making up the surrounding area.
A full list of what can be expected hasn’t yet been revealed but dataminers have already found the data for a compound bow that uses explosive bolts in Battlelog.
