Need for Speed: Rivals was discussed during EA’s press conference with its new AllDrive mode and more.
According to the presenter, Alldrive “destroys the line between single-player and multiplayer,” granting points using a new system which will build up until you are busted by the cops. Speedlists, a new set of objectives you will need to complete in exchange for various unlocks, will also be included.
Check out the new video below.
As you can see in the trailer, multiplayer is a big thing, even for the cops… This could be epic fun
Details about Peggle 2 may have been scarce at EA’s E3 press conference, but as part of Microsoft’s Gamescom presentation today, the company confirmed that the much-anticipated sequel will be coming first to Xbox One.
Additionally, Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will also be a timed-exclusive for Xbox One.
Peggle 2 release gameplay details and date information remains unknown.
Today at Microsoft’s Gamescom showcase, the company confirmed that the Xbox One iteration of Tom Clancy’s The Division will be getting exclusive content. Unfortunately, Microsoft didn’t elaborate on what that exclusive content will be, apart from The Division’s already-known Smartglass functionality.
As was the case with The Division at E3, there was a focus on Smartglass, Microsoft’s tablet companion primarily geared towards Xbox. As we already knew, players on Smartglass can join games and assist a squad, helping to change the outcome of a match. With a top-down, RTS-like view on Smartglass, players can receive buffs, highlight opponents on the map, send in air strikes, and more.
Tom Clancy’s The Division is slated to come out in late 2014 on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
