- Fixed a bug that prevented Power Lock from properly disabling skills.
- The bug fix for Elementalist headgear also fixed the same bug for Paragon headgear.
- At the beginning of Dragon Festival 2011, Sheng Yi and Zaishen Supply Masters also offered Birthday Cupcakes in exchange for Victory Tokens until this update.
