One of the games due to release this January is Techland's zombie survival parkour game Dying Light. However while the digital copies will make it to the virtual shelves everywhere for the release date of January 27th, regions outside the United States are going to see a short delay on physical copies for console and PC coming to the actual shelves.

The announcement was made via the game's official Facebook page and reads:

“There will be a short delay in the release of physical copies of Dying Light in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia.” stated the announcement. “The game will have a global digital release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC of January 27, 2015. As physical production has a longer lead time than digital there is some delay in the aforementioned territories. We will share information on the availability of physical copies as soon as it is confirmed.”

There hasn't been a date set for when to expect the physical copies to arrive in these regions either, so if you want to gain access sooner rather than later think about acquiring the game digitally.
