Ubisoft isn't popular among PC gamers. I know this from listening to our station manager list their sins quite a bit. Bad ports of games originally on consoles, uPlay being a necessary element of actually being able to play any of their games and their stance of DRM hasn't exactly endured them to many other PC gamers either.

However European boss Alain Corre says that the publisher is committed to improving how they deal with support for PC. He says that Ubisoft is already on track to making sure that the company has the support of the gamers for the platform through one-time activation for the PC games and by releasing games at the same time across all platforms, and that they are taking feedback from their players seriously.

“We recognise the importance and needs of PC gamers, and want to continue to improve how we create and support games for PC,” he told MCV at Gamescom.

The percentage of Ubisoft's business that came from PC went up 4 percent last year, so he believes that they are already on the right path to better engaging with the PC market.
