We have the new Windows 8 lock screen in Windows 8 developer preview and now as Windows 8 consumer preview is just around the corner, the chinese site has posted the screenshot of new Windows 8 lock screen background. The screenshot shows the new default coral wallpaper. Here is how the lock screen looks like-

Further the site has posted screenshot of the Windows installer drive icon. Here is how the icon looks like-

You can see from the screenshot the new Windows 8 logo above the disk icon.

We are further getting reports from various sources that Windows 8 consumer preview has been uploaded to Microsoft servers couple of days back and the build string of this build is 6.2.8250.0.winmain_win8beta.120217-15. The build string states that the build was compiled on February 17.

I am sorry to inform, but due to licence restrictions on the station (basically I can't afford to renew) we have to Geo Lock the station down so the UK can no longer tune in, I am sorry to our UK Listener and fan base, but unless we raise the money for the licences, we cannot broadcast there

With over a million folks signing up for the Guild Wars 2 closed beta, NCSoft and Arena.Net have announced that the next closed beta event will take place at the end of March. There is no word on when invites will go out but you may want to start catching that cold for the last week of March.

Guild Wars 2’s next closed beta test is scheduled for late-March and will provide players with an opportunity to experience its deep RPG game elements, epic World v.. World battles and inviting social gameplay while helping the team load test the servers.
