Turtle Beach reveal Evolve Alpha specs

Currently Evolve is delayed until early in 2015, but the Alpha for both Xbox and PC is fast approaching for those who pre-ordered the game as well as a few who will be chosen from registering for it on the website before October 31st.

With that in mind Turtle Beach have released the specs they recommend for playing the game and to be honest, they’re not too bad.

MINIMUM SPECS

  • CPU: Intel Pentium D 3GHz or higher
  • AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 6400 2.4 GHz or higher
  • RAM: 4GB
  • GPU: AMD Radeon 5770 or higher
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 or higher
  • HDD: 15GB Install OS: Windows 7 64-bit

RECOMMENDED SPECS

  • CPU: Intel Core i7 920 2.67GHz or higher
  • AMD A8-3870 3GHz or higher
  • RAM: 6GB RAM
  • GPU: AMD Radeon R9 280 or higher
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or higher
  • HDD: 15GB Install OS: Windows 7 64-bit

The space taken up by the install isn’t really too high given that previous big games have sometimes exceeded 60GB of space. It goes without saying though that this is an Alpha – expect change even if none ever comes.
